Description

Touch-horn Model S/X · closed-rim conversion

Bring back the full upper rim—without changing to the camera-button architecture.

A heated round replacement for compatible 2021–2023 Model S and Model X vehicles whose right steering-wheel spoke shows the small horn icon. The visible button symbol matters more than the registration year.

Continuous upper rim
Touch-horn fitment only
3 upper/lower finishes
Heating retained

Heated round steering wheel installed in a compatible touch-horn Tesla Model S or Model X — Shown installed with the original center components; package contents depend on the vehicle's source wheel.

Fitment comes first

Look at the right spoke before choosing a finish.

Tesla changed the steering-wheel and airbag architecture during this generation. “Model S/X 2021–2023” is not enough information by itself.

01 · Vehicle

Model S or Model X, 2021–2023

Use the vehicle year as the first filter, then confirm the control icon and original center layout.

02 · Compatible

Small horn icon on the right spoke

This identifies the earlier touch-horn configuration this product is designed to retain.

03 · Not compatible

Camera icon on the right spoke

The later mechanical-horn version uses a different structure. Do not modify this product to force a fit.

Compatibility comparison showing the supported small horn icon and unsupported camera icon on a Tesla Model S or Model X steering wheel

Stop if the icon does not match. A vehicle near the production changeover—or one with a previously replaced steering wheel—should be checked from the visible controls and center structure, not assumed compatible from the model year.

Why owners choose round

A continuous rim restores the familiar hand path.

Compared with an open-top yoke, the closed upper arc gives the driver another place to catch and reposition the wheel during parking, U-turns and larger hand-over-hand inputs.

Full upper grip: a continuous rim instead of an open top.
Original interface: designed around the compatible touch-horn center and controls.
Heated configuration: all three current variants retain the heating function.

Choose the 12 and 6 o'clock treatment

The selector changes the upper and lower rim finish.

The side grips remain the primary hand-contact area. Choose the top-and-bottom treatment by the cabin look and reflection level you prefer.

Premium Leather

Continuous leather appearance

The most visually restrained option, keeping the upper and lower rim close to the side-grip material.

Glossy Carbon Fiber

Reflective woven accents

Real carbon-fiber sections at the top and bottom with a polished, higher-reflection surface.

Matte Carbon Fiber

Lower-reflection woven accents

The carbon pattern remains visible while the surface reads more subdued under cabin light.

One heating choice: Yes. The current three variants differ by upper/lower finish, not by the heating configuration.

What arrives depends on the source wheel

Confirm whether the vehicle currently has a round wheel or a yoke.

Installed photos show original vehicle components. They should not be read as a promise that every visible center part is included.

If the original wheel is round

The product package includes the matching middle trim cover for this round-wheel source configuration.

If the original wheel is a yoke

The middle trim is not included for this source configuration. Transfer and reuse the original OEM middle trim for the intended fit.

Not included: driver airbag, airbag cover and installation labor. The product is for the compatible touch-horn architecture; confirm every transferred component and connector before the original wheel is removed.

Installation decision

Watch the complete sequence, then decide whether to DIY.

Many owners replace a Model S/X yoke or wheel themselves. The work still involves the driver airbag, steering-wheel fastener, electrical connectors, control and trim transfer, and a final centered-function check.

Verify the small horn icon and all selected options before disassembly.
Confirm which center trim and original components must transfer.
Use the exact Tesla service procedure for the vehicle; do not copy a torque value from a different generation.
After installation, test the horn, controls and heat, and confirm that no airbag warning remains.

Independent reference video; the wheel kit shown may differ from this order. Also review Tesla's Steering Yoke/Wheel removal and replacement procedure for the applicable vehicle.

Choose professional installation if any airbag, connector, fastening, trim-transfer or steering-center step is unfamiliar. Stop driving and inspect the work if there is looseness, an airbag warning, an off-center wheel, unusual noise, or any horn, control or heating fault.

Touch-horn round wheel FAQ

Does it fit every 2021–2023 Model S or Model X?

No. It fits the earlier touch-horn configuration identified by the small horn icon on the right spoke. A camera icon indicates the later mechanical-horn structure and is not compatible.

Can I install it on a camera-icon wheel by modifying parts?

No. The difference is structural, not cosmetic. Do not cut, adapt or force airbag, horn or steering-wheel components across the two architectures.

Can the product replace either an original yoke or an original round wheel?

Within the compatible touch-horn configuration, yes, but the middle-trim package differs. A round-wheel source receives the matching middle trim cover; a yoke source reuses its original OEM middle trim.

Are the driver airbag and airbag cover included?

No. The driver airbag and airbag cover are not included. Confirm the original touch-horn center structure and required transfer parts before ordering or disassembly.

Does every finish retain steering-wheel heat?

Yes. Premium Leather, Glossy Carbon Fiber and Matte Carbon Fiber are currently offered with “Retain Heating Function: Yes.”

Can I install the round wheel myself?

Many owners do. Watch the full reference video first and assess your experience with airbags, electrical connectors, the steering-wheel fastener, component transfer and post-installation testing. If any step is uncertain, use a qualified installer.

Will an aftermarket wheel affect the Tesla warranty?

Warranty treatment depends on the region, the vehicle's warranty terms and the cause of a specific fault. TESERY cannot guarantee that an aftermarket modification will never affect coverage. Keep the original parts and consult Tesla or a qualified local advisor when coverage is a concern.

What should I know about customization and returns?

The wheel is configured to the selected finish, and personalized requests may be made specifically for one customer. Non-quality returns for customized or installed products are generally restricted. Verify fitment and all choices before ordering, keep the product uninstalled until the configuration is checked, and review the current refund policy.
